TPI Sp. z o. o. Terms and Conditions of Service

  1. Customers submitting equipment for repair must specify the type of repair and describe the damage that needs to be repaired. They must also specify how the equipment will be collected back (shipped to the customer or delivered to a regional sales office for pickup).
  2. TPI Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for data left on memory media installed in the equipment or supplied with the equipment.
  3. Proof of purchase containing the serial number of the device is the sole document entitling you to perform a warranty repair.
  4. Services specified in the price list for typical service activities (including calibration, inspection, diagnosis, and pricing) do not require customer approval. Delivery of equipment for such a service constitutes acceptance of its cost.
    Invoices will be sent by TPI Sp. z o. o. in electronic form, pursuant to the Act of 11 March 2004 on Goods and Services Tax (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1221, as amended) Article 106n.
  5. In case of cancellation of the service or failure to accept the service quote within 30 days from the date of presentation to the Customer, the Customer will be charged a fee for the fault diagnosis, repair quote and shipoment in accordance with the service price list.
  6. For non-consumer Customers, failure to collect the device within 90 days of the service quote being provided constitutes abandonment with the intent to relinquish ownership. In such case, ownership of the device will transfer to TPI Sp. z o.o., and the Customer waives any claims against TPI Sp. z o.o.
  7. In matters not regulated by the above Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
