TPI has been offering effective measuring solutions for over 35 years. We are official Matterport Repair Partner Center servicing customers from Europe.

TPI is fully authorized by Matterport to provide both under warranty and after warranty repairs of Pro3 cameras and battery replacements of Pro2 cameras. For repairs and replacements we use solely official parts obtained directly from Matterport.

If your camera is eligible to be repaired under warranty (free of charge), please follow this simple path.

  1. Write a request to our Customer Service using Contact Form or directly to bok@tpi.com.pl
  2. You will receive individual Service Repair Order code (Z-number); usually it is done instantly, within one business day.
  3. Send your camera to Warsaw Service Center, label the package with or attach your individual SRO code (Z-number).

In case our technician finds evidence of warranty being void (i.e. due to being dropped) we will bring it to your attention and allow to decide what to do next.

If your camera is after warranty or warranty is void when camera was dropped or damaged, it has to be inspected and assessed by our qualified technician prior to providing cost of payable repair. In this scenario:

  2. You will receive individual Service Repair Order code (Z-number); usually it is done instantly, within one business day.
  3. Send your camera to Warsaw Service Center, label the package with or attach your individual SRO code (Z-number).
  4. Our trained technician will assess the cost of repair and provide a quotation for your approval.
  5. After receiving payment we will do our best to repair your camera as soon as possible and send it back to you.
  6. If you reject the repair quotation we will charge only diagnostic & shipping fee before sending your camera back.

When sending your camera to TPI please remember to pack it well, see packing guidelines below, attch printed or clearly type Service Repair Order code (Z-number) and use following address: Wał Miedzeszyński 598, 03-994 Warsaw, Poland.

Upon request we can try to estimate costs of after warranty repair via email based on your description. However please be aware that

a/ any remote estimation shall be replaced by official quotation after physical assessment in our Service Center,

b/ final cost of repair may significantly vary from remote estimation.

Shipment guidelines

Prepare your camera as well packed as possible. Original packaging is not necessary however recommended for best safety of your instrument. Do not include any accessory (especially be sure to remove battery), unless the problem is caused through or requires specific accessory to happen.

Please print your individual Service Repair Order with Z-number and place inside the box, also if possible label your package with the SRO code (Z-number).
